In yesterday's Diario Extra, Costa Rica's largest newspaper, there is an article about the breaking into and stealing of vehicles in Costa Rica.
From November through March of the present year, more than 5,000 vehicles were stolen by the Chapulines Gringos (Delinquent Gangs of Kids) protected by Costa Rica's most corrupt lawyers Rolando Angulo Gatjens and Edwin Angulo Gatgens and bought by Rolando Angulo Gatjens and Edwin Angulo Gatgens to be dismantled and sold in Colombia. That is one vehicle about every two-hours.
